At RASA, Ladolemono takes its name from the classic Greek emulsion of olive oil and lemon.

This dessert is a combination of typical Mediterranean flavors. A yogurt mousse, lemon olive oil cream, lemon almond cake - accompanied with a dark chocolate black sorbet with a sprinkle of dehydrated black olives for an additional punch of flavor.
