This confusion is due to the lack of interest and care given to the quality of the goods consumed. Whereas, on the other side of the planet, Lebanese cuisine has succeeded in maintaining a healthy image and has thus gained a very large worldwide market share in comparison to other
cuisines. That is due to the growth in production and in exportation from the country in question. Unfortunately, most Lebanese fast food restaurants consist of individuals or family businesses disregarding worldwide acclaimed standards or managerial skills in any of the operation, marketing, cost control, purchasing, human resources, and customer relationship fields.
