مطعم تلّة أبو زيد حريص دوماً على تأمين أفضل نوعيّة للطعام، لذلك نحن نهتمّ بكلّ تفصيل وبجودة كلّ عنصر مكوِّن لِما نقدّمه.
ومع انتشار وباء الكوليرا Cholera في لبنان، وكون المياه هي عنصر أساسي وموجود في كلّ الأطعمة، حرصنا على وجود نظام ال RO (Reverse Osmosis) الذي هو أكثر طريقة فعّالة لتنقية المياه عن طريق إزالة جميع الملوّثات والعناصر المضرّة بالصحّة اذ يلتقطها غشاء خاص لا يمكنها عبوره وهكذا يتمّ فصلها عن المياه والتخلّص منها، فيما تعبر المياه العذبة وتُجمَع في خزّان الاستعمال للأطعمة.

Seen the current outbreak of Cholera and the fact that Water is a basic need and an omnipresent component in every detail of food preparation, we made sure to install an RO (Reverse Osmosis) system, which is the most effective water filtration system as it removes contaminants from tap water that goes across a semi-permeable membrane, leaving contaminants behind to be flushed down the drain. The clean, fresh and great-tasting drinking water is then collected in a holding tank.
