​ပီဇာတစ်ချပ်မှာ အရေးကြီးဆုံးက 'မီး' ပါ။ ကျွန်တော်တို့ဆီမှာ လျှပ်စစ်မီးဖိုကို မသုံးဘဲ ရိုးရာထင်းမီးဖို (Wood-fired Oven) ကိုပဲ အသုံးပြုထားပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် ပီဇာဂျုံသားမှာ ထင်းမီးနံ့သင်းသင်းလေးနဲ့အတူ အပြင်သားကျွတ်ကျွတ်၊ အတွင်းသား အိအိလေးကို ရရှိတာပါ။ 🍕🔥

ဒါပေမယ့် တကယ့် Traditional Italian Cabonara စစ်စစ်က Cream လံုးဝ မပါဘူးဆိုတာ သိရင် အံ့ဩသွားမလားဘဲ..🤗
သူ့ရဲ့ လျှိုဝှက်ချက် အစစ်က Egg နဲ့ Cheese ကိုအပူချိန် အသားကျအောင် လုပ်ပီးရလာတဲ့ နူးညံ့အိစက်တဲ့ Creamy Texture ဖြစ်ပါတယ်..အသားထဲကအဆီတွေထွက်လာပီး Crispy ဖြစ်လာတဲ့အထိ့ကြော်ထားတဲ့ Bacon နဲ့ homemade spaghetti ပေါ်မှာCheese လေးဖြူး ငရုတ်ကောင်းမှုန့်လေး ဖြန်းလိုက်ရင်ဖြင့် အရသာ အရမ်းရှိလို့ပြောမှာ အသေချာပါဘဲ..🤩
