Certified tender and juicy smoked meats that is perfectly matched with our home-made sauces. Scorched Smokehouse is inspired by Southern America’s style of low and slow smoking process. We cook our premium American Ribs and USDA Beef Brisket in as “low” as 190ºF/88ºC and as “slow” as 12 hours using our finest dry rub spices, where its flavor and aroma are enriched with imported hickory wood chips.

We don't use wood, nor charcoal or gas to smoke the meats, which can be hazardous. We only use Electric Smokers from Tennessee, USA, to give our customers "The Healthier Choice" of smoked meats. Indeed, Scorched smoked meats are naturally delicious, tender, juicy...a real fall-off-the-bone goodness! Its succulent smokey taste is best paired with our home-made sauce recipes, Original Spice and Smokey Sweet. Our goal is to be the first value for money “go-to-place” for healthier smoked meats.
