Tomorrow, saturday the 12th of December, in the year of our Lord 2015, we will reopen for high season. Our location is at 13 calle Vista Hermosa, in La Puerta. For those of you who wish to try our cousine, but need directions, I shall now attempt to provide you with some... When you enter La Puerta you go all the way down to where there are taxis, you turn right, go around the calming circle, down the lane towards the combis, where you turn right again, at the first corner you turn left, and go down to the T intersection, on one side will be Kevins tienda, across the street is a tortillaria, and on the opposite side from Kevins is a water purificada place. turn right, and at the first corner turn left, and you should be able to see the open gate...
I will be serving hamburgers, and Pizza, and Calzones, all for meat eaters, but if you are a vegetarian, or vegan, let me know a few hours in advance, and I can get ingredients to serve you according to your dietary requirements, to any of the Jewish folk, I apologise my food is not Kosher, but there are so few with your dietary requirements that it makes it difficult to cater to you!

Whole wheat Multigrain loaves are out of the oven, Guinness vegan bread is out of the oven, the Garlic & Oregano Focaccia is rising, next comes the spice bread (due to a special request I soaked the raisins in Mezcal), and later the Cinnamon buns, (my only nonvegan bread other than the focaccia. Come to Eco-Tianguis Sanka and try it mañana, The Guinness bread is an experiment, so it will be samples, For my Mexican friends, samples son gratis!

Opening day is planned for a week Saturday, or approximately the 28th. We have a couple of changes for you to note... First vegans must make a reservation half a day in advance, at Eco-Tiengues Sanka is early enough. Also we are open by reservation on Sunday Afternoon/Evening. One change to the menu will include vegan food, but only by reservation of at least 12 hours!

Stay tuned for our reopening this season, in La Puerta, same location as last year, (my house). possible opening for breakfast days TBA. Do not forget you can always make a reservation, if you are requiring a vegan meal, however, I must have about twelve hours prior notice so I can obtain the special ingredients, for your dietary requirements. The rest of you can also make reservations for our usual fare.... Coming soon, do not forget.... One last thing... loaves of bread, cinnamon buns, my special focaccia buns, and spice bread are always availlable by order, or at the Eco-Tiengues Sanka on Saturdays. We will not be there this Saturday as a biathalon has closed the roads betwixt here and Zihua!

It is now the second day o the work week, this is your daily reminder you need to get your orders in soon, baking day is soon and very soon. We offer Cinnamon buns, spiced just rightnfor the Mexicans who are most of our clientelle. On offering is Focaccia style buns made with fresh garlic and Oregano. And finally the newest product in our line currently being offered is loaves of bread that are whole wheat, and multigrain. As always we will be selling our product at Eco-Tianguis Sanka on Saturday.

Hello everybody, today is the first day of the work week, so on this first day of the work week I am passing the word, as I shall everyday in the week, from now on... Time to get your orders in for Cinnamon Buns, Focaccia Buns, and/or Loaves of my special vegan friendlñy bread... You can pick up the orders at Eco Tiengues Sanka, or just buy them there. Or you can get them delivered at another time and place, first orders in will be filled first! Wanderer's Rest is pleased to offer this grand brand new opportuntiy for you, though our regular fare of Pizza, and Hamburgers will still be unavaillable until high season!!

Unfortunately, my dear wife has had some difficulty with the doctors, they keep pushing back the date for the c section... for some reason the hospital here has only two gynocologists, as a result things happen at a geological pace. If you want bread I will still do it by order, cinnamon roll also, but the rest shall be closed till further notice, maybe High season. But, that being said, I will still open and serve parties of 4 or more, providing I have 24 hours notice. Also, Vegan customers require atleast 24 hours notice, that they are vegan, so I can meet their dietary needs!

Due to the totally forseen event of my wife giving birth, which has not yet occured, we will be closed for about a month, or two. I will be willing to open if you call 24 hours in advance and have a minimum party of four.

For those interested in our website, this is it, a small family business cannot afford a website, especially when all we have to offer is a few products, not available by mail. By this I mean you actually have to come and pick up your order, either at our new location in La Puerta, on Saturdays between 6pm and 11pm, or at the Ecotianguis Sanka, in Zihuatanejo, for your cinnamon buns, either way, there is not sufficient material for a website. Also, as I am only on the net once a week or so, it would be difficult for me to update it!
