Yesterday took us a bit to warm up to the dance floor but we surely got there and had a blast at Nommo fests final day! Now we’re prepping our own dance floor! Our letras collaboration helps bring these children enriching experiences and resource support. Today we’re throwing a fundraiser community gathering to pour support into the local communities of these kiddos. A wonderful group of humans have woven together to create a beautiful day for you to enjoy. Ill just write my suggestions / questions as they come :

*wouldntood : Have Unami for dinner from 8’pm (thanks Meraki for the suggestion and already have contacting them)
& Mera for breakfast at 6’am (who shall we ask for that?)

Bar : in the case that we have a pop up dinner with Unami -
Simone might be interested to run the bar from 8 to 12pm to cover dinner times ? Or does Unami can cover drinks too ?

OR

If I understood well, we could pay their staff to run the bar and get all the profit ?

For the all night long (12’ to 6’) offer I would suggest 2 options :

- to hire only one staff to hold the bar as I dont think people are going to consume a lot a these times
_(Make sure they have cacao and teas to offer and find a way to push those as i feel that will work well with the experience)_

OR

- not running any bar from 12 to 6 and put a tea and water station on free access wouldn’t be expensive and would make ppl happy for sure

THEN

ideally Mera takes over with their F&B offer from 6’ on

I wouldnt have someone from 8 to 8’, but rather 8 to 4’ (i dont think anyone will come after that, if thats the case we could have a phone number at the door they need to reach out, a security guard will be there at all time anyway.

- so for 8 hours at the door i would suggest hiring one of their staff to do it and pay an additional fee (must be cheap)

OR

- have some volunteers taking shifts

_This is something we can figure out later too_

These are the main point that I see that are important now, F&B definitly is something we should all agree on asap to market our offer.
