Apa beza Sourdough Loaf & Sourdough Focaccia?

Sourdough loaf: tekstur dia lebih chewy dengan kerak luar yg rangup kalau baru lepas bakar tapi dalam dia lembut macam roti biasa. Sesuai kalau korang s**a roti artisan.

Sourdough Focaccia: water content dia lebih tinggi. Korang pernah dengar pasal hydration tak? Haaaa yezza hydration dia tinggi, tu sebab crumb dia lebih besar dan lubang2 pun besar😆 Dicampur dengan olive oil untuk dapatkan rasa yang lebih deep. Sebabtu tekstur dia lebih lembut, airy dan fluffy. Makan kosong pun dah sedap!

Dua-dua melalui proses natural fermentation, less gluten, mesra untuk perut,cuma cara penyediaan & tekstur dia memang berbeza. Korang team mana? 🤭
