Yesterday, 9th of June, 2026, was our students' 2nd Pastry Practical Class, and I couldn't be more proud! 🎉
After learning the techniques, measurements, hygiene standards, and production processes involved in making Puff Puff and Chin-Chin, our students were given the opportunity to practicalize everything they had been taught.
Guess what? 🤔

I simply stood back, observed, supervised, and asked questions while they confidently demonstrated their skills. The result was absolutely amazing! 👏🏽👏🏽

This morning, a customer placed an order for puff-puff. As always, we didn't just see it as another order; we saw it as a promise to deliver happiness in every bite.
The mixing began. The dough was carefully prepared with the right ingredients, allowed to proof perfectly, and then gently dropped into hot oil.
