It’s time for another Thursday Takeover, and this one’s a special one. On Thursday the 24th, we’re welcoming into our kitchen for the night.

You might know Ivan as the former chef of Rijks — he’ll be cooking up three dishes for the evening:
* King crab salad with pipian 🦀
* Fried kingfish collar with mole 🐠
* Bone marrow tacos with eggplant 🍆 🐮

We’re back with another Thursday Takeover on Thursday, March 27th, with special guest Daniel Adriaan 🍽️—known from Toscanini and Kaagman & Kortekaas.
