A beautiful 1.5 kilo cote de boeuf. Marinated in a vacuumed bag with olive oil, rosemary, pepper and garlic 🧄🥩.
Aimed for a internal temperature of 52 Celsius (125 F) and let it rest for 5 minutes. Which felt like 30 minutes😉. Sprinkled it off with Maldon smoked salt.

Cheating pulled pork pizza 🍕😇.
The pizza crust was already prepped by our local store. Ingredients: 8 hour smoked pulled pork (see previous posts), cillantro, red union, dry mozzarella chees, chili flakes and tomato sauce. And finished with sweet Smokey BBQ sauce! Second part (pizza truffel salami). This is the perfect quick and easy pizza from the BBQ .

Easter Double P🐣🐖! Our first pulled was a succes. It took 7 hours in total. Which is a pretty fast cook. We first aimed for the bark and color. And than wrapped it in triple layered tin foil so the core temperature can speed up to 98 Celsius (209 Fahrenheit). When it got probe tender I took it off and ready for pulling😋.
