Noble Kitchen wordt Nami.

Nami. Japans voor golf. Symbool voor alles wat beweegt binnen de wereld van Bernardus Golf & Wine. De naam verbindt energie met de glooiende dynamiek van de locatie. Een constante stroom, een ritme dat je overal voelt.

De keuken laat zich inspireren door de Nikkei-keuken. Japanse precisie in samenspel met Zuid-Amerikaanse invloeden. Gericht, gelaagd en in balans. Het fundament en het niveau dat hier is opgebouwd blijven leidend. Nami is geen nieuw restaurant. Nami ervaar je. Een wereld op zichzelf, die je meeneemt zonder uitleg.
