It’s Malva pudding Monday 🥧Are you ordering yours today?

Here’s some fun facts about the one and only malva pudding:

- Malva pudding is believed to have originated from the Cape Malay community in South Africa.

-The name "malva" is thought to come from the Afrikaans word for "marshmallow," which was possibly an ingredient in early recipes.

-The pudding's sticky texture comes from the apricot jam and sugar mixture.

- Malva pudding is often served warm, topped with a creamy sauce, such as a custard or caramel sauce. Ours include a 500ml vanilla custard 😋
