Recommendations to preserve it:
- Keep in dry place.
- Cover it or storage in a box or a bag.
- You can freeze it.
- Once is not fresh (2 days) we recommend to toast it before eating for better texture.

Note : we use comercial yeast so it can not be considered as proper sourdoughbread
