We're still on the lookout for an enthusiastic and reliable Kitchen All-Rounder to join our team at HNT Kitchen in Commercial Bay!
If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in preparing great food and providing excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
About the role:
Preparing fresh, healthy meals
Serving customers with a friendly attitude
Keeping the kitchen clean and organised
Working as part of a supportive team
Following food safety procedures
We're looking for someone who:
Is reliable and has a great work ethic
Enjoys working in a busy environment
Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn
Can work weekends (essential)
Has previous hospitality or kitchen experience (preferred, but not essential)
What we offer:
A friendly and supportive team
Staff meals while on shift
A great central CBD location at Commercial Bay
Opportunity for additional hours as the business grows

Over the past few months we’ve been simplifying our menu and focusing on what we do best: nourishing, flavour-packed food made from scratch.

The result is a new range of globally inspired bowls built around slow-cooked proteins, seasonal vegetables and our favourite house-made sauces.

Big changes are coming to HNT Kitchen tomorrow. 🥣

Over the past few months, we’ve been listening to customer feedback, reviewing what works best for our team, and thinking carefully about how we can make lunch even better.

The result?

A completely refreshed menu focused on nourishing bowls packed with flavour, quality ingredients and the comforting, made-from-scratch food we’re known for.

We’ve simplified things, refined our recipes and built a menu around slow-cooked proteins, seasonal vegetables and our favourite house-made sauces.

The new menu launches tomorrow and we can’t wait to share it with you.

Whether you’re a long-time HNT regular or haven’t visited us in a while, we think you’re going to love what’s coming.

What a journey!! From Hammer & Tongs Food Stop to HNT Kitchen, we’ve never stopped serving Hearty, Nutritious and Tasty (HNT) meals to our community 💚

We first set out to give hardworking tradies a better option - but pretty quickly realised our food was for everyone, especially busy people who care about their health.

So our mission grew: to help change the shape of the fast food industry… and the bellies of those in it 😉

Nine years on, we’ve made it through a pandemic, recessions, rising costs, and now a global fuel crisis - but our mission is still the same: getting real, nourishing food into our communities.

Because eating well is hard enough when life is busy, and even harder when you’re managing allergies or intolerances.

To everyone who has supported us over the best part of a decade: thank you. We are so unbelievably grateful.
