Alright team… my last batch of sauces done and this is the last batch of sauces I’m making for a while.☺️

Every jar has been made the same way we always did it — small batch, heaps of flavour, and a bit of Southland attitude.

Once these are gone I’m taking a breather from making them for a bit, so if you’ve been waiting… now’s the time.

Thanks to everyone who’s supported this little sauce journey — it honestly means the world seeing all the amazing feedback ❤️ So once these jars sell out… that’s it for now.

Well.. that was hardcore 😮‍💨
Huge thank you to everyone — I hope you’re all enjoying your boils and chowder.

That line was a long one! (Did anybody get any photos?) 🤣
We got through as fast as we could. We had to do a couple of runs to travel safely.

The whole whānau pulled together, kids included.

We definitely pushed our limits and learned a lot — this was a test run, and today was really about the sauce. The feedback has been unreal so far. So we promise to do better and better!

If we do this again, we’ll be looking at possibly adding the choice to add crab and crayfish 👀🦀🦞

Hey guys, just a quick heads up for tonight’s pickup 👋

With all this rain, we’re switching the pickup spot so we’re not standing out in it.

📍 We’ll meet at the old train station by the roundabout so we can be undercover.
Me, Uncle & Aunty will see you all later — just thought with this weather it makes way more sense 🌧️

Oh, and a heads up… the cockles turned up and honestly they’re dumb 😕
Like, really small, not worth putting in, and just not up to scratch — so we’ve cut them from the boils. We not sending out anything we wouldn’t be happy eating myself.

Definitely a good night for chowder! Uncle won’t be saying “it’s too hot for chowder” today 😂
