Our baby pizza doughs

Did you know that we ferment our doughs for 18-24 hours? We use this process to slowly rise our dough in the fridge for you to enjoy a more flavorful and crispy crust.

By the way we use tipo 00 flour and we use 70% hydration(water) for those pizza geeks out there!
