For this wedding cake, my client dreamed of something beautifully busy bursting with flowers, life, and detail. Every single bloom you see here was lovingly crafted petal by petal using cold porcelain, made months in advance because I’m honestly the busiest just like that little bee! 😆 From roses to wildflowers, butterflies fluttering around, and of course the cutest bee 🐝nestled among the petals, every detail tells a story of romance and joy perfectly tailored for her special day. ❤️

Thank you so much, Ma’am Pia, for making us part of Czanchos’ special day! I had a great time creating this Optimus Prime cake, definitely one of the coolest themes I’ve worked on. While these flowers can also be made from sugar, I chose porcelain for its lasting beauty, allowing the client to treasure them as a keepsake long after the celebration. Creating these flowers demands time and patience, as it’s one of the most intricate parts of the process. A Hermès Birkin bag, but in cake form! I spent hours carving and adding every little details. I even hand-painted the stitches, though my hands weren’t steady enough to make them perfect. I wrapped an edible Twilly scarf around the handle, too. And yes, everything is totally edible! from the lace, leather texture, the whole thing!

It was such a fun (and kinda challenging) project, but seeing her face when she realized it was a cake made it all worth it. Happy birthday, Mommy Janette! You deserve all the luxury, even if it’s made of cake!
