This is because of you! Binabalik-balikan na lasa, pang-masa, at walang katulad. Mama Elsieโs humble start and delicious homemade meals are loved by many, we couldnโt let you down any longer. So, we are coming back because of you! ๐
During our time away, we found ourselves deeply moved by the unwavering support of our customers. Despite our temporary closure, many of you continued to visit Mama Elsie's Restaurant, eagerly anticipating our return. Calls and orders were counted every day and countless questions from friends, family, and cherished customers regarding our return filled our ears and inboxes.
Every day, as we saw familiar faces peering through our doors, expressing how much they missed Mama Elsie's meals, it became increasingly clear that we couldn't stay closed any longer. For those who took the time to come back even during our closure and love our meals as much as our family do. We are now reopening Mama Elsieโs doors just for you! ๐คฉ
Your support has been our guiding light, inspiring us to dust off our aprons, roll up our sleeves, and get back to doing what we love most: cooking and serving you, ka-Mama Elsie! ๐ซ๐
Thank you for your unwavering love, your kind words, and your patience during our brief hiatus. We're back because of you, and we can't wait to welcome you with open arms and plates full of love once again.

2. But to serve you better, starting today, we bid farewell to Mami. Mama Elsie's Restaurant will now only serve Pancit and Silog dishes. WE MADE THIS DECISION TO STAY TRUE TO OUR NAME. As we have decided to be run ONLY by members of the family, we have a limited number of people. So, to make sure we provide consistent and fast-served meals, we decided to subtract a peopleโs favorite from the menu. We know youโll miss our OG Mama Elsie Hot Mami. But, hey! Our Pancit and Silog meals have also become your favorite, and you know we will welcome you back for more!
So, paano na โto, kita-kits na po tayo muli mga suki! With open arms and (finally!) open doors, we welcome you! See you, customers! ๐
