Most Pompano sold in the Philippines are imported. Mao frozen ni sila, its not because they’re old, but because they undergo Individually Quick Frozen (IQF) process to preserve freshness and nutrients from the moment they are harvested. 🐟❄️

Meanwhile, many “fresh-looking” Pompano in the market are already thawed, making them lose moisture, freshness, and spoil faster.

Ice-glazed frozen Pompano helps maintain quality, freshness, and texture. So don’t easily get fooled by shiny displays 😉

PS: Actual photo ni siya and mas dako pa sa akong kamot 😅 One piece already weighs around 500–600 grams! ☺️
