It’s a mouthwatering experience to eat freshly grilled chicken inasal na paa (thigh and leg) or inasal na petso (chicken breast with wing) dipped in a special sauce called sinamak (naturally fermented coconut vinegar) mixed with soy sauce and calamansi.
