ERRATUM:
Due to ongoing issues with our current space and rising rental costs, we’ll be closing our Ermita location on December 5, 2024. Despite our repeated demands for roof repairs, which have gone unanswered, and the substantial damage we’ve already suffered to our income and belongings, we couldn’t find an equitable solution with the lessor to keep us here. The lack of communication hasn’t made staying any easier.
