Stella Ristorante — Great food, beautiful moments, unforgettable memories.

23/10/2026

Before launching Stella Ristorante, Chef Gerald earned his master artisan skills directly in the kitchens of Milan, Italy.

His mission?

To bring authentic Italian techniques to local communities without the intimidating price tags of high-end hotel restaurants.

After building a loyal following and multi-concept restaurant group over five years, Chef Gerald is opening Stella Ristorante for expansion.

We have refined every recipe, kitchen workflow, and training manual so our franchise partners can replicate this culinary standard in their own markets.

Picture your city's newest culinary destination.

We offer adaptable store formats engineered to maximize revenue per square meter while delivering our signature "affordable luxury" dining experience:
🍷 Stella Cocina: Optimized full-service dining layout ideal for corporate professionals, couples, and casual group gatherings.
🏛️ Stella Prima: Expanded flagship model featuring dedicated private dining suites ("Venice" and "Rome" rooms) tailored for multigenerational family celebrations and corporate events.

Both formats feature full kitchen standardization, proprietary sauce integrations, and complete operational support.
