Loaded Fries - Dirty Fries!

Call these dirty chips, dirty fries, or fully loaded chips. It doesn’t matter because these are just the best snack or side dish imaginable.

Coated with cheese, topped with chicken/beef, garnished with spring onions, jalapeños, olives, mushrooms, they’re just the best.

You get to choose from a wide range of toppings based on your mood, from Cheese Sauce to BBQ, Sour Cream, Chimichurri, Honey Mustard, Garlic Mayo, Chipotle, to the regular Ketchup and Mayonnaise.

Perfect with a chilled bottle of beverage, and a movie, or the latest drama serial after a busy week.

Potato chips (often just chips), or Crisps (in British and Irish English), are thin slices of potato that have been either deep fried or baked until crunchy. 🥔 🍟

They are commonly served as a snack, side dish, or appetizer.

A legend associates the creation of Potato Chips with Saratoga Springs, New York. By the late nineteenth century, a popular version of the story attributed the dish to George Crum, a cook at Moon's Lake House who was trying to appease an unhappy customer on August 24, 1853. The customer kept sending back his French-fried potatoes, complaining that they were too thick, too "soggy", or not salted enough. Frustrated, Crum sliced several potatoes extremely thin, fried them to a crisp, and seasoned them with extra salt. To his surprise, the customer loved them. They soon came to be called "Saratoga Chips".

Tornado fries! 🌪 🍟

Originated as street food in South Korea. They are deep-fried spiral cut whole potato brushed with many seasonings like cheese, honey, or onions.

Other varieties include sausages in between these fries.

Curly Fries or Suzie-Q Fries!

In a December 1940's ad, the Dolores Restaurant & Drive-In in Oklahoma claimed to be the home of Suzi-Q fries.

Crisp on the outside, potato on the inside and not greasy at all! Our Curly Fries, worth a potato's weight in gold.

Waffle-cut fries!

The Waffle Fries first rolled out in 1985 originated in France and were first sold by vendors on the Pont Neuf bridge in Paris.

Potatoes cut in a waffle pattern make the perfect base for a plethora of toppings and sauces including - but not limited to cheese, meat and veggies!

Crinkle-cut fries!

One perk of the crinkle-cut is texture. Because of those grooves and cuts, there's more surface area on the fry.

So when we fried it, it got crunchier and crispier than most of the fries out there, and it held that crunch for a long time!
