لمس کی آنچ پہ جذبوں نے اُبالی چائے!
عشق پِیتا ہے کڑک چاہتوں والی چائے

کیتلی ہجر کی تھی , غم کی بنا لی چائے
وصل کی پی نہ سکے ,ایک پیالی چائے

میرے دالان کا منظر کبھی دیکھو آ کر
درد میں ڈوبی ہوئی شام ,سوالی چائے

ہم نے مشروب سبھی مضر ِ صحت ترک کئے
ایک چھوڑی نہ گئی ہم سے یہ سالی , چائے

یہ پہیلی کوئی بُوجھے تو کہ اُس نے کیونکر
اپنے کپ سے مرے کپ میں بھلا ڈالی , چائے

میں یہی سوچ رہا تھا کہ اجازت چاہوں
اُس نے پھر اپنے ملازم سے منگالی چائے

اس سے ملتا ہے محبت کے ملنگوں کو سکوں
دل کے دربار پہ چلتی ہے دھمالی چائے

رنجشیں بھول کے بیٹھیں کہیں مل کر دونوں
اپنے ہاتھوں سے پِلا خیر سگالی ,چائے

عشق بھی رنگ بدل لیتا ہے جان ِ جاناں
ٹھنڈی ہو جائے تو پڑ جاتی ہے کالی چائے
