So guys, quickly wants to address something..
Recently someone order over the delivery app.. bone-in wings sauce tossed on the wings..

we made the order correctly but driver came late to pickup it stays in the warmer for over 10+ mins and add extra time from the restaurant to customer home

So we received a call from customer that wings are not crispy enough.. so, when sauce is on the wings than they will not stay crispy for long… especially when they stay in the warmer for that long after being cooked… sauce makes them soggy quickly..

TIP: Sauce on the side will keep wings crispy for longer..

And later I found out the order was refunded through the delivery app.. 🙃

Well.. we are here for 2 more hours than we are closed on Monday 🥱

We had a great couple came in today, actually the husband even came to the food truck in 2015 and later also came to the store but didn’t had a great experience and eventually stopped coming..

They came today after many years, did dine-in and was very impressed by the food and the changes we made (under new management)

Usually someone having dine-in asks for takeout boxes too - because the portion size are more.. I was ready to give them but they finished everything 🙌

I am glad people actually started coming back and loving it more than ever and that’s a big ACHIEVEMENT for me and my family… we were able to turn the tables here😊

It was not an easy task to bring back the sinking ship back to life.. it took a lot of sacrifices.. financially, precious family times, a lot of stress…

My wife send me a video yesterday, she is sitting on the bench with our 9 month old baby in the car seat and I was at the front and seeing it bring back lot of memories and tears - but we came a long way and from here it’s all ⬆️

Thanks for being an amazing part of our journey- without everyone support we could have shut the doors here…
