Another great discovery, made by Polish forensic archeologies! Even though his English isn't perfect, it's a big wow! We do have great people in this country! :)

Video on msnbc.com: Archaeologists digging at a site north of Lima have discovered the first royal tomb of the Wari civilization, which existed between about 600 AD and 1100 AD. Most of the 63 bodies found in the burial chamber were mummified women sitting upright, indicating royalty.

Besides I recommend this CNN video for your listening, I strongly recommend to try to follow the rule of cutting down on sugar consumption.
I'm definitely trying to eliminate ready-made food and drinks, and U? Not that I've ever been a fan of Coke, NO, but still, we should read labels at the back of products that we buy. (Oh, and for God's sake, stop filling your tea & coffee with sugar, in 99,9% cases, it tastes far better without it!)
Eat more healthy, do more sports, cut down on sugar! That's my motto since today ;)
