Hi All
On Thursday's menu we have a delicate fragrant dish of cauliflower and sweet potatoes with a lightly spiced creamy sauce on a bed of Quinoa and rice and topped with toasted almonds and a slice of lime. For afters a banana chocolate cake, drool! As per usual pickup is at Continente Car Park in Sertã between 4.30pm and 5pm. Please place your orders before Wednesday 10am. Thank you. 🌱

On Thursday's menu are fluffy Bao Buns filled with shredded BBQ mushrooms, pickled carrots coriander and garlic mayo. Served with spicy potato wedges and for afters an upside-down pineapple coconut cake. As per usual pickup is at Continente Car Park in Sertã between 4.30pm and 5pm. Hi All
On the menu for Thursday is Katsu Curry with crispy fried battered aubergine and sweet potatoes on rice. Katsu curry is very creamy mild curry, combined with battered crunchy aubergine and sweet potatoes it makes for a great combination. For afters a refreshing Mango mousse decorated with a dollop of cream and shavings of white chocolate.
If you fancy this, please place your orders before 10am on Wednesday and pick up is between 4.30pm and 5pm on Thursday in the car park of Continente in Sertã. Thank you and hope to see you soon! 🌱

Hi All
Since melting weather is predicted for this week, I thought something fresh and cool might be a good choice. So on the menu for Thursday is a Thai pasta salad with so many crunchy vegetables incl. Edamame, red cabbage, peppers, carrots, tomatoes and so much more, topped with sticky chili seitan. There will be peanuts in the sauce, so let me know if you're allergic. For afters we have an amazing Frangipane fig tart (figs from my garden).

Sorry about the delay. On the menu this week we have a creamy mushroom Stroganoff with a Swiss Rösti. For dessert a a Swiss Aprikosenwähe, which is an apricot pie with custard.
