Hi!
I am a man in my best years.
Atleast so I thought. As of spring 2020 I was diagnosed with a rare brain tumour, called oligodendroglioma WHO ll. Things seemed fine for a minute but thus fall it had become more malignant.
so far I have made 3 cranitomies, 34 fractions of radiation.
now I am in 3 different types of Chemo.

Sadly My diagnosis is chronic.
I cant afford travels or medecin.
I cannot work.
Its extremly hard to support 3 kids witg no
work.

I hate to ask but I could really need your help. Every penny is helpful.

Chantarelles en toast

Ingridients;

1 handful of newly picked chantarelles
1 newly picked cep mushroom
1 garlic clove
1 once cream cheese
1/2 spring onion
1 handful of old bread
1 bay leaf

2 tbs butter
2 tbs sugar
1 tbs swedish vinegear
2 tbs water

Go to the woods and find your shrooms.

Toast bread in a dry pan and smash it into crumbs.
Sear mushrooms on low temperature with 1 tbs butter and 1 tbs sugar until golden.

Boil the rest of the sugar, swedish vinegear water and bay leaf. Pour liquid over 1/2 of the chantarelles.
Let sit for 30 minutes.
Leave the rest in pan.

Smear the cream cheese on the buttom of the plate, build a ”toast” of all the Ingridients.
Garnish with thinly sliced onions, garlic and a little lemon peel.

Poisson complète avec Pommes Boulangère au bouillon.
🇫🇷😃

Ingridients;
1 organic chicken
2 lbs firm potatoes
5 garlic cloves
1 yellow onion
10 black pepper corns
4 bay leafs
1 ounce if butter
1 qt of chicken stock
1 ounce of chopped parsley
A pinch of salt

3 tbs of hoisin sauce
3 tbs if bbq sauce (of your choice)
1 lemon
A pinch of salt

Heat up the oven to about 200 degres celsius.

Marinate the chicken with hoisin sauce, bbq sauce, woreshestshire sauce ,lemon zest and peel.

Roast in oven for about 45 minutes until about 60 deegrees celcius by the bone.
Let the chicken sit for about 15 minutes.
Slice the potatoes and onions relativly thick.
Put in a oven dish of your choice.
Simmer the chicken stock together with butter, bay leaves and pepper corns.

Poor bullion over the potatoes and bake at 200 degrees celcius for about 45 minutes.

Finish of with chopped parsley and enjoy
