Just 10 months ago, we started Squeaky Clean Food.

A home-based online business delivering clean food to Ben's personal training clients who wanted to see quicker and better results in achieving their goals physically, aesthetically and mentally. We focused on quality, integrity and consistency. People really responded to our food, and soon it was too much for a household kitchen to handle. We knew we needed to find a commercial space. So for 4 mo

nths, we searched. We found some, but nothing ever came through. Until finally, we found this. A beautiful location with a comforting view, a rooftop unit with personality, and we knew this would be our new home. There was just one thing - the unit was an existing bar. In that moment, we knew that the 'Nice' Squeaky Clean Food alone was not going to make it. So we decided to bring in a 'Naughty' menu, thus the birth of Squeaky Clean Cafe. The idea of a 'Naughty & Nice' menu has always been at the back of our minds - as a bodybuilder, Ben's diet prior to a competition is extremely strict. So our 'Nice' menu comprises of food that Ben himself eats in preparation for competition. (Everything is also pre-listed on MyFitnessPal for your trainer to keep an eye on you.) But Ben also takes his cheatmeals very seriously. He doesn't get them often, so when he does get one and he 'wastes' it on mediocre food, he gets extremely unhappy. Now that's where our 'Naughty' menu comes in - we want you to leave satiated and satisfied.

So that's our vision for Squeaky Clean Cafe - to offer the best of both worlds. To be the go-to for real clean food, AND the best cheatmeals. Whether you're on a strict diet, or it's your lucky day and you get a cheat meal, our menu has something for everyone!

We are still migrating all the new items & individual macros, but you can find this information on MyFitnessPal or www.squeakycleancafe.com (we paid for the domain until April 2020 so you can still order thru that as well!)
We have had a lot of feedback (negative) about our old website & even tho we spent money on upgrading features, it still wasn't enough...
Finally we decided to let Oddle takeover and they definitely delivered! We hope you guys like the new website too!
