🌿 Cheeky Monkey’s Cannabis-Infused Meatballs & Creamy Mash with Mushroom Sauce

🔥 Serves: 4

Cannabis infusion strength: Mild (adjustable)
Infusion method: Cannabutter in mash + infused olive oil in meatballs



🍽️ Ingredients

For the Cannabis-Infused Meatballs:
• 500g beef mince
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
• 2 tbsp onion (finely chopped)
• 1 garlic clove (minced)
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• Salt & pepper to taste
• 1 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)
• 1 tbsp cannabis-infused olive oil (or half & half with regular oil for lighter potency)

For the Creamy Mashed Potatoes:
• 800g potatoes (peeled and chopped)
• 2 tbsp cannabutter
• 1/4 cup full cream milk (warmed)
• Salt to taste

For the Mushroom Sauce:
• 200g mushrooms (sliced)
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 clove garlic (minced)
• 1 tsp thyme (or mixed herbs)
• 1 tbsp flour
• 1 cup fresh cream
• Salt & pepper



👨‍🍳 Method

1. Make the Meatballs:
1. Mix all meatball ingredients in a bowl. Don’t overmix.
2. Roll into balls (about the size of a golf ball).
3. Heat a pan with infused olive oil. Sear meatballs until golden and cooked through (8–10 mins).
4. Remove and rest covered.

2. Creamy Mashed Potatoes:
1. Boil potatoes until fork-tender (about 15 minutes).
2. Drain and mash with cannabutter, warm milk, and salt until silky smooth.

3. Mushroom Sauce:
1. In the same pan as the meatballs (keep the flavor!), melt butter and sauté garlic & mushrooms for 5 mins.
2. Stir in flour to coat mushrooms, cook 1 min.
3. Slowly pour in cream while stirring to avoid lumps. Add thyme, salt, and pepper.
4. Simmer until thickened (4–5 mins).



🌿 Plating
1. Spoon mashed potatoes into the center of the plate.
2. Pile 3–4 meatballs over the mash.
3. Generously ladle over the creamy mushroom sauce.
4. Garnish with chopped parsley or microgreens.



💡 THC Dosage Tip:
• If you use 1 tbsp cannabutter (10mg THC per serving) and 1 tbsp infused oil split across 4 portions, each plate delivers around 15–20mg THC, assuming moderate-strength infusion.
• Adjust down with partial cannabutter or dilute with regular butter/oil if needed.

(Spicy Thai Shrimp Soup with Cannabis Oil)
🌿 A bold and zesty classic with a cheeky twist



🍤 Ingredients (Serves 4)
• 8 large tiger prawns (peeled, tails on, deveined)
• 750 ml chicken or seafood stock
• 2 stalks lemongrass (smashed, cut into 5 cm pieces)
• 4 kaffir lime leaves (torn)
• 3 slices fresh galangal
• 3 Thai bird’s eye chilies (smashed)
• 200 g oyster mushrooms or straw mushrooms
• 2 medium shallots (sliced)
• 2 tbsp fish sauce
• 1 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)
• 1 tsp sugar
• 3 cherry tomatoes (halved)
• Fresh coriander for garnish

🌿 Cannabis Infusion (Per Bowl Dose)
• 1 ml cannabis-infused coconut oil (approx. 5 mg THC per ml — adjust to your local regulations and desired potency)



🔥 Instructions
1. Infuse the Broth Base
In a saucepan, bring the stock to a simmer. Add lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, galangal, chilies, and shallots. Simmer for 10 minutes to infuse the aromatics.
2. Add Veggies & Shrimp
Add mushrooms and tomatoes, simmer another 3 minutes. Then add prawns and cook until just pink (about 2 minutes).
3. Season
Stir in fish sauce, sugar, and lime juice. Adjust saltiness and sourness to taste. (Balance is key: hot, sour, salty, slightly sweet.)
4. Cannabis Finishing Touch
Remove from heat. Just before serving, stir 1 ml of cannabis coconut oil into each bowl. The soup’s natural oils and heat help absorb the cannabinoids without degrading them.
5. Garnish & Serve
Ladle into bowls, top with fresh coriander, and serve immediately with a cheeky grin 😏.
