Saturday is easily our favorite day of the week! 💛🍋

We can’t wait to see all our market friends tomorrow at the Farmers Market from 8:30 AM–12 PM!

This week’s featured nonprofit is SPURS Therapeutic Riding Center 🐴✨ and 10% of all sales will be donated to support their incredible mission of providing horse-related activities and opportunities for individuals with special needs.

Join us Tuesday, June 9th from 11 AM to 2 PM at the Thrivent parking lot in downtown Aberdeen for a Community Shred Event with our friends at Thrivent 💛

Bring your important documents to be safely shredded AND help support the community by donating non perishable food items for the mini food pantry 🌟

PLUS…
If you bring pantry items, you’ll receive a voucher for a FREE lemonade from Lemon + Aid & Candy Clouds 🍋☁️

We’ll be there serving:
🍋 Fresh squeezed lemonade & limeade
☁️ Candy Clouds cotton candy
💛 And donating a portion of proceeds back to the mini food pantry too

🌭 Hot dogs will also be served from 11 to 2!

✨🍋 EEEK… SHE’S OURS!!! 🍋✨

After lots of dreaming, planning, saving, and squeezing lemons… we officially bought our trailer and we are SO excited for this next chapter of Lemon + Aid & Candy Clouds 💛☁️

This has been one of our biggest goals and seeing it finally happen feels surreal. We still have some work ahead getting her licensed, wrapped, and ready to roll… but we couldn’t wait to share the news with all of you 🥹

Thank you for supporting our crazy little lemonade dream, helping us grow, supporting local nonprofits, and cheering on the kids while they learn entrepreneurship, responsibility, and hard work along the way.

We cannot WAIT to bring this bright yellow beauty to markets, festivals, concerts, and events this summer ☀️🍋

Now we need a name for her 👀👇

Every week Lemon + Aid donates a portion of our proceeds to a local nonprofit because we truly believe in supporting the people and organizations doing good in our community. 💛

This week, we had planned to donate to the Pet Rescue League. What they do is incredibly important, and they absolutely still deserve support, so we’ll be moving that donation week to June instead. 🐾

However, there is currently a local Aberdeen family facing an immediate medical crisis and urgent financial need following a serious accident. As a family involved in the medical community, this one hit especially close to home. And with a family of teenagers ourselves, we know the constant fear of something like this happening and the overwhelming burden that medical and travel expenses can place on a family in an instant.

We made the decision to dedicate this week’s donations to helping support the Altmaier family during this incredibly difficult time. Aid will help support expenses related to recovery, transportation, and medical care. ❤️

Ultimately, supporting those in our community is at the heart of our mission to Sip Generously. 🍋✨

Please continue to keep them in your thoughts and donate directly if you can. Aberdeen always shows up for one another, and we’re grateful to be part of such a caring community. 💛
