The last day of school is HERE!!! Last early morning of Black Ice at WWJH!!!

Thankful for these early mornings at the school me and my kiddo got to do together. She is the real MVP for getting up at 5 so she can guide me while I try for 20 minutes to back in to my spot!!!

Thankful to get to come and get to know and serve the kids teachers and those adults they spend every day with. It has truly been a BLESSING. You will never convince me that Abilene is not full of the very best school staffs and admins. These people pour their heart and soul into these babies from the janitors(who are precious) to the principals running all the crazy. You always assume your kids school is great and full of great people, but you rarely get to see it first hand and I’m thankful I’ve gotten to do that!!

Happy Birthday to our trailer coming home to us! The real OG’s, remember our Hula girl?!😂

WOW!! What a CRAZY ride it has been over the last year!!! As I sit here between rushes at the softball fields in the trailer it blows my mind how fast the last year has went with this business! We had NO clue what we were doing, but we jumped in head first. Lots of lessons. Lots of mistakes, but way more wins. And honestly, we wouldn’t still be going strong and growing more and more if it weren’t for the AMAZING support system that we have and the biggest cheerleaders ever. So many of you have supported us by buying from us whether once or every time you see us, referred us for business, hired us for business, shared posts, gave feedback, or shared an encouraging word because it’s easy to doubt yourself every single day as a business owner!

It all matters and I am forever in awe and GRATEFUL for the people who have showed up for us, many who I never expected! I am grateful for the new friends I’ve made, especially my food truck besties and all you guys who come and let me talk your head off!!

We always have changes on the horizons but we aren’t leaving the game anytime soon!!

It is the end of an era!! We only use real pickle juice in our snow cones!! The formula officially changed nationwide to now be dye free!! Honestly, I have mixed emotions about it. My brain says it should be bright yellow but my heart is like yesssss remove all the extra un-needed things!!

From our very last yellow pickle now cones to our very first dye free! The switch has officially happened and the review from the child who tried first said it is it BETTER than the old formula!!

Yessssss that’s a win!!!

Saturday is here and we are ready to swing into action at the Pixie USSSA District Tournament hosted by Wylie Fastpitch Softball Association! Bring on the coffee, snow cones, cheese fries and alllllll the feral little softball siblings running around covered in dirt and syrup!!!

It’s been such a great season and so fun watching these kiddos play and improve!!!
