As we evolve the menu, some favorites will be phased out, but every dog that leaves will be replaced with a new Cajun / New Mexican, style creation.

Cajun Dawgs is the next chapter of a cart that many knew as Ghost Boy Hotdogs.

After being given the opportunity to purchase the cart and move forward on my own, I’m continuing the work with respect for what came before and excitement for what’s ahead. Any ideas I brought to the table were always heard and considered, and I’m grateful for that experience.

Inspired by New Mexico flavors and Cajun cooking, Cajun Dawgs is focused on honest street food, consistency, and doing things the right way.

Same cart. Same care.
New name, moving forward.
