Hello everyone!
Finished at the Culinary Institute, just have 5 more weeks of my externship. I will be graduating June 5th with National Honors. Almost there...
In the process of buying a British Double Decker Bus and will convert for food sales. I will be continuing food service at events, but in addition will be doing fine dining on the top deck once a week by reservation only. I will travel around the State. Dreams almost there. I also bought a pizza oven and will be adding that to my menu on certain days....

Have a lil Dilemma. I was asked by Chef Lorenso in Italy to train under him for 9 weeks starting in April! Italy or stay in Scottsdale at Luna at Giada (DeLaurentis). Let me know what you think...

Hello everyone. Sorry I haven't written in a while to keep you updated... I'm still in Culinary school maintaining a 4.0 GPA. I've now completed Basics I / II, Basic Bakery, Advanced Bakery, and 3 days left in Management and wine pairing. Then onto Du Jour Restaurant for 6 weeks and finally my 6 week externship at "Luna by Giada" , a Michelin Star Restaurant, in Scottsdale....Can't wait to get back to the White Mountains!

Hope everyone is doing well! I've completed 6 weeks at the culinary institute with a 4.0 GPA. I'm starting my 3rd and final week in the Bakery, and then onto the Meat Dept. After that, advanced Bakery, and other specialty courses. Enjoying my time at the institute and learning a lot...

Hello everyone! Hope you all are doing great... I just completed my first 3 weeks of Culinary school. Really learning a lot. Onto to phase #2 on Monday for another 3 weeks, then 3 weeks in the Bakery. Miss the White Mountains....
