Very excited to announce that my kitchen is now licensed by the State of Iowa and I can start making and selling salsa again! As many of you may know, I used to rent commercial space to make salsa to sell at farmers markets. It became too time consuming and expensive so I gave it up. Now, I will be able to offer it up once again on a “pop up” basis right out of my home as my work schedule permits.

Hi everyone. I have had several people ask me about farmer's markets this year and my salsa. It did not work with my schedule to participate in markets this year but I am still making salsa periodically. I will be making a batch tomorrow (7/10/18). Let me know if you would like some. I got home from the market last night, and this is the wonderful email I found:

Hi! My boyfriend and I went to the Altoona farmers market for the first time tonight and we stopped by and tried your salsa and bought a pint of the hot salsa, it's amazing! Sadly we have already ate half since we bought it but I just had to let you know how great it is! We will definitely be back to get more (and I think she mentioned you won't be there next Wednesday) but we will pick some up next time we can!
