Meet Beaux—the “Beaux” behind Beaux Boudin. 👋
Born and raised in Houston, with family roots in Lake Charles, Louisiana, Cajun and Creole food has always been more than just food to him—it’s family, tradition, and home.
When Beaux moved to North Texas, he found himself missing the flavors he grew up with. The boudin, the cracklin, the food that brought people together. He figured if he was missing it, there were probably others looking for that same connection too.
So alongside his wife, Melissa, he set out to create Beaux Boudin—a place where Louisiana transplants, food lovers, and curious first-timers could all gather around authentic flavors and a shared love of good food.
What started as a dream, a few recipes, and a lot of hard work has grown into a family business we’re proud to share with our community.
