Branzino Tod Khamin 😍

“Tod khamin” is super a popular cooking method in southern Thailand because of the abundance of turmeric. Our fish is marinated with a paste made of garlic, turmeric and black pepper, then fried til crispy and topped with the super crunchy fried paste!

Served with Nam Prik Pla for a little kick!
