Over the past few months, I’ve been focused on elevating my skills, perfecting my recipes, and expanding what I bring to the table. I’ve been sharpening my craft—from smoked pulled pork and tender smoked brisket to juicy smoked ham and flavorful smoked chicken. Every event has been an opportunity to grow and get even better.
