Well Folks it’s been exactly two weeks since our final market at TFM at Bell & Mueller Mueller!
Even two weeks later, I’m still feeling all the feels from that day ❤️ Everyone I got to see that stopped by was truly magical. I hope you liked your goodies and are still enjoying some cheese!

Since then, my partner and I have packed up and moved across the country to Denver, Colorado. We have been crazy busy unpacking and settling in, so I’ve been a little MIA. But don’t worry- I promise Peace Cheese isn’t gone forever. I brought everything with me!

I’ll be starting at some vegan markets here, I’ll keep all of you posted. Stay tuned!

Being a q***r, vegan, transgender cheesemaker in the South hasn’t been easy! In fact, it’s been really hard! But I’ll never forget the people who stayed, kept an open mind, and continued to believe in a kinder world.

The Final Peace Plates (ATX Edition)
Thank you so much everyone for an amazing Peace Plates run!! I started Peace Plates a little over one year ago as a way to sharpen my catering skills, diversify my offerings, and most of all- make plant based eating a little more accessible.

I’ve dedicated hundreds of hours over the last year to creating delicious, healthy, allergen friendly, home cooked meals at an affordable price point that everyone can enjoy!
In return I’ve received an out pouring of love and support from our vegan, gluten free, health conscious and foodie community 🌱

I can’t even count the number of people who have shared the ways Peace Plates changed their lives- whether because of limited dietary restrictions, pregnancy, the stress of raising a family, an intense work week, or just tasting the love of a home cooked meal. To me, that’s what makes this all worth it. You know who you are - and I have so much gratitude 🙏

For our last week, I made something like 128 servings of food in total- a new record for me! The confidence boost moving into this next chapter is exactly what I needed to keep me going.😇

I’m hoping to continue Peace Plates in some capacity for the rest of my life. Making cheese is my heart, but creating meals is my soul. Keep in touch, and stay tuned to see how it develops in 💚

It’s the final countdown my friends 🥲
We are down to the wire- with only 3 markets left, and one of them is tomorrow, June 14th! TFM at Bell & Mueller mueller, from 10-2. Come say hi (or bye 😭) and stock up on all your favorite cheeses!
