Just dropped off a catering order for a family’s cookout. Pan and a half of pulled pork and a full pan of esquites.
By far the best part of cooking for people is that look they give you when they take the test bite, get that look of delight on their face and say things like “dude, seriously?” And “do you sell this sauce?”
If I could do this full time, I wouldn’t work another day in my life.
