We have some exciting news!
Northern crust has upgraded ovens!
I now can make 6 loaves at a time instead of 3!
This oven has a steam feature as well as a baking stone to get the delicious crunchy sourdough crust! I am so excited to show off these beautiful loaves with you!

I missed the Hackensack market last week but im back on Tuesday!
I will have
Classic, jalapeño and cheddar, cranberry wild rice, sandwich loaf and of course english muffins!!

As much as my family and I love going to markets and being there for all of you to get your delicious sourdough we also make it a priority to enjoy our summer as well.
I am posting our summer schedule so you know where to find us and when to stock up!
