All of my cinnamon rolls are:

✔ Alpha-gal friendly
I want to be transparent about my ingredients—especially sugar. I do not use organic sugars, but I do use bone-char free Zulka sugar, which is certified vegan and considered AGS safe. From that, I make my own brown sugar and powdered sugar. This way you can feel confident in what you’re getting.
Most people don’t realize that common granulated sugar is often processed with bone char, which can be a concern for those with sensitivities. That’s why I choose ingredients that are clearly sourced—no guessing, no worries.
