Our breakfast and lunch creations are stuffed with crave-worthy ingredients, then pressed and sealed into a hot, melty, fully enclosed handheld. First thing first: it’s pronounced sch-mak-erz. Sch-mak-erz is the original one-of-a-kind cheesy idea that stayed cheesy. The truth? You were the inventor — not Nikola Tesla, not Leonardo da Vinci — it was you. Cheese was always busy schmak’in: bubbling,
stretching, pulling at our souls. One night that cheesiest cheesiness stepped out of the shadows and said, “It’s time.” Out of that molten whisper came Schmakerz — a sealed English muffin built to hold local eggs, real Tillamook cheese, smashed avocado, and perfectly cooked bacon or sausage. It wasn’t a choice; it was destiny. What began as a late-night snack became alive. Schmakerz breathes. Schmakerz beats. Schmakerz schmaks. Once you’ve tasted Ed’s Bread, local eggs, and Tillamook melted into a sealed Schmakerz, there’s no going back. This is breakfast the way it was supposed to be eaten: Hot. Melty. Schmak’d.

Signature Menu (short & unforgettable)
Every Schmakerz is built to schmak:
Ed’s Bread English Muffins — toasted to golden, soft, and sturdy. Local Eggs — Bend-raised, fried or scrambled to order. Tillamook Cheese — real Oregon cheese that pulls and stretches. Better Fats — avocado oil for flavor + health; beef tallow where richness calls for it. No cheap seed oils. Portion Promise — meat, cheese, and toppings ~4 oz per sandwich — real food, real portions. Top picks:
Avocado Deluxe — Egg, Tillamook, smashed avocado (lime + salt), applewood bacon or sausage. Sweet Potato Avocado Smash — Tender sweet potatoes, avocado smash with avocado oil, finished with grass-fed beef tallow for that savory pop. Classic Bacon or Sausage Schmakerz — The OG sealed muffin, melty cheese, and perfectly cooked egg.

Our Promise (operations + quality)
Real ingredients, no processed cheese product. Small, focused menu so every item is executed perfectly. Local partners matter — we source where we can and spotlight partner names on truck and menu. Fast, consistent, and friendly service — we train for speed without sacrificing quality.
---
Inspired By the Best (what we learned)
We built Schmakerz by stealing the good ideas and making them cheesier: keep the menu tight and execute each item brilliantly (a la In-N-Out’s “fresh, made-to-order” focus). We also lean hard into local sourcing and seasonal creativity — Burgerville shows how strong local partnerships and regional menus can become a brand’s identity, and we follow that model for Bend.

The Schmak Future
Expect: seasonal specials, local collabs (roasters, breweries, bakeries), loyalty perks for regulars, and bigger evening/lunch schmak bags. Our goal is to roll out of the shadows and be Bend’s go-to cheesy ritual.
