Yogurt parfaits

Breakfast Quiche - sausage & cheddar OR spinach, onion, gouda

ACAI cup complete with banana, peanut butter, chia, honey, coconut

EGG BITES (gluten free!) 2 options: ham & cheddar or spinach, tomato, mushroom white cheese

PLUS, we still have our 2 melts the Chicken Bacon Ranch OR the Fiesta.

Also, we are keep the BST bagel sandwich around a little longer! It's like a BLT but on a bagel with a cucumber dill spread - SO GOOD.

Most 'Merica feelings 🇺🇲
- "working" the 4th of July in Lennox but it doesn't really feel like work
- driving ol Lucille thru the green green grass of home
- the privilege of being able to own my own business and watch it grow after years of hard work
- super thankful this is a coffee drinking country otherwise this could be a much different post 😆
- belting out Toby Keith's "Courtesy of the Red White and Blue" from memory. Without music. Just cause with Char 🤗 (you had to be there lol)

I hope you all have recovered from last week's festivities and had some proud to be an American feelings too ❤️🤍💙
