🧡 SAUCY Throwback SATURDAY: CHAPTER ONE

You don’t know Jack… until you know Jack’s Sauce.

Before it came in a bottle, Jack’s Sauce started with three simple jobs: making our hand-breaded shrimp, chicken fingers and fries impossible to stop eating.

We’ve been serving the same sweet and tangy sauce since the day Jack’s opened its doors in 1996. Then customers started asking for extra cups. Then bigger cups. Then they wanted to take it home.

So we bottled it.

This photo takes us back to the beginning of that chapter: three Jacks (Aren't they handsome?) holding the sauce that would become North Dakota’s favorite dipping sauce.

Today, it lands on burgers, steak, potatoes, eggs, pizza and whatever leftovers are brave enough to enter the kitchen. Once a bottle moves into your refrigerator, ketchup starts wondering whether it still works there. 😏

Consider this your Saucy Saturday reminder: you need a bottle at home.

Every Friday from 11 AM to 3 PM, our kitchen rolls out one of those comfort-food meals that somehow makes the whole day better.

Both come piled over mashed potatoes with corn and a dinner roll.
