Our goal in Run Club is not to run a hundred miles this summer and it’s not to get faster or set a PR.

We are here to get outside as a community and practice the tools for regulation we’ve been using in yoga. We will run, walk, yap, laugh, connect, and enjoy the fresh air!

Sign up on Momence and meet us at the Yoga Lab by 6pm on Mondays to run with the group. All levels welcome 🏃‍♀️🏃

We love a good Ai tool, but you can’t hack your regulation and you certainly can’t reroute connection. 100+ people practicing outside in the sunshine did what AI could never do; make you feel alive and grateful for the gift of regulating with friends 👯‍♀️

Happy Teacher Appreciation Week to our teacher team ✨ Every single one of these people go above and beyond in each and every interaction.

We love them for MANY reasons. Here are just a few:

🎶They spend time making playlists that hit at the right moment.

📓They take time journal about the intention before they teach so they can offer new perspectives.

☕️They show up early and stay after class to drink coffee and get to know you.

🧘 They practice next to you and breathe with you.

❤️ They care deeply about every single person who shows up in the room to practice with them.

We are so grateful to Kurtis and Ashley and the E26 community. They’ve cheered for us, given us advice, made us stronger, and are now our partners in Fitness Lab🦋

If you’ve been hesitant to step into a new community, let this be your encouragement. You have everything you need to show up and it might even be one of the best decisions you make ✨🙏🫶

This month we are letting go + finding flow with our intention, Aparigraha✨— which leads us to an exciting update: is BACK and will be teaching Vinyasa + Heat. We have two pop ups in May then we will kick off Tues/Thurs 7:30pm with her in June ❤️
