We are excited to announce that our popular BISON CHEESESTEAK EGG ROLLS are now available to purchase and prepare at home. You can find them exclusively at Rice's Quality Meats in Spencer, IN, along with a fully stocked freezer of bison meat.
A big thank you to Justin Walker for his creativity in developing this item and the perseverance to work with the production crew to get it done! We look forward to the next chapter as we celebrate the 9 year anniversary of bison entering our world……and the lack of hand-rolling egg rolls in our future!

The lines have been steady, but the crew working in the trailer has been ROCK steady. They have been working long hours in extreme heat, successfully preparing delicious Bison based meals to hundreds of first time Bison eaters. Our goal of educating the public on the quality and benefits of Bison meat is in full swing and we could not be more thankful for everyone involved.
