One more day, friends! Thats all we have to wait, 1 more day. The Taste kicks off tomorrow at Fun Fest. There's food galore!! We are bringing the Hippie Chick for the week (formally named the Red, White and Boom special). Hippie Chick Potato ☮️🌼
Groovy goodness starts with a giant baked potato piled high with smoked chicken, sweet fire-roasted corn, our homemade queso, and crunchy tortilla chips. It's a far-out flavor trip!
Then SATURDAY, OH MY GOODNESS. I know you guys are used to the Lobster Mac but I've been playing around and came up with a similar concept BUT creamer. I dont have a name yet but we will call it the Chefs Kiss: Creamy lobster cheese tortellini over a baked potato with sun-dried tomatoes, fresh basil, and a rich Parmesan cream sauce. 🦞 🦂 🦞 🦂 🦞

Menu drop! We have 2 more days friends! We are finishing the final renovations on Sadie today. A lot goes into getting her ready to be parked for Fun Fest. We have to make room for stock, move equipment around in order to have more help and more importantly, a new air conditioner to ensure I stay conscious 😉. Ill announce the Saturday special tomorrow. Stay tuned!

We are gearing up for The Taste at Fun Fest but thats not all Fun Fest has to offer! Parades, kids day, concerts, movie night, counting less activities! Its truly a staycation for locals and a destination event for out-of-towners! We can't wait!
