Made an end of the season meal for the family. Hickory wood gone, next year we are transitioning to using cherry wood. Also going to be adding a veg TBD still for next year. Looking forward to being more active and making some Friday cooks!

Tomorrow is the last day to get those orders in. Should have everything ready for pickup or delivery by 1:00pm Friday 4/July. As always I'll maintain contact with everyone if the food is done a little early or later

Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen. I have been radio silent most of this year taking care of our new family addition, however with July 4th around the corner I'm going to get the smoker fired back up.

I'll have a menu posted next week and take orders until the 1st of July. I look forward to getting back at it.

Apologies for being radio silent over the winter, but we here at Blue Ridge BBQ have been working hard adjusting and developing a new style menu with friendly pricing. We look forward to cooking for everyone again this year! We are still in search for a kitchen to work out of so we can sell at a more permanent location.

While I have not be selling food through the winter it does not mean I haven't been running the smokers. I made a pork butt and chicken for my beautiful wife's work potluck at memorial today.

Unfortunately this Saturday will be the last Saturday for bi-weekly orders until next year. We have catering events planned, as well as planning on providing smoked spiral hams and turkeys for the holidays. We are working up pricing now, and will have everything posted next Friday to start receiving orders for thanksgiving.

We are also hoping to finally get into a lot and start selling to the general public next year. There's still a lot of moving parts, but once I have confirmation on a location I would post it!

After some thought we have decided to add a Hawaiian roll to each plate going forward to include the current menu. I'll adjust the menu to reflect this. As of now the prices will not go up by adding the rolls.

We always strive to improve and adjust to meet customers wishes. Please leave a review if you would like and message me any suggestions or requests and we will see if it can be accommodated.
